Up to the end of July 2026 has seen a new high in Bibles given. In 2025 1100 Bibles were given to children in schools and churches, already in 2026 this figure has been exceeded and currently stands at over 1200. The new, dedicated, NIRV Bibles carrying the Lord Wharton Charity logo and information have been well received by applicants and young people alike. Throughout the year we are always pleased to receive applications from churches for youth groups, schools and other Christian groups who work with young people. We advise applicants to carefully read the detailed information on the application form to make sure their request meets our conditions, namely they will be given to named individuals, usually over 10 years old. Bibles are given to young people and intended to be taken into adulthood.
